  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities
  • Assist the department in monitoring the preparation and submission of various regulatory and internal reports and various deliverables
  • Help develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures
  • Stay informed on changes in laws, regulations, and best practices; assist in assessing their impact on processes
  • Assist in maintaining the regulatory matrix
  • Conduct internal reviews and assist in compliance testing to ensure compliance standards are met
  • Coordinate compliance training sessions for team members and provide guidance on compliance-related queries
  • Assist in the maintenance of the compliance library including preparation of compliance bulletins covering new rules and regulations;
  • Provide assistance to Compliance Officers during compliance testing
  • Compliance matters related to the subsidiary
  • Disclosure requirements and other Treasury related matters
  • Compliance with PCC rules
  • Special projects (product reviews, new undertakings of Compliance Department)
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and other Compliance Officers

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
  • 05 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
