Maintain accurate records of compliance activities
Assist the department in monitoring the preparation and submission of various regulatory and internal reports and various deliverables
Help develop, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures
Stay informed on changes in laws, regulations, and best practices; assist in assessing their impact on processes
Assist in maintaining the regulatory matrix
Conduct internal reviews and assist in compliance testing to ensure compliance standards are met
Coordinate compliance training sessions for team members and provide guidance on compliance-related queries
Assist in the maintenance of the compliance library including preparation of compliance bulletins covering new rules and regulations;
Provide assistance to Compliance Officers during compliance testing
Compliance matters related to the subsidiary
Disclosure requirements and other Treasury related matters
Compliance with PCC rules
Special projects (product reviews, new undertakings of Compliance Department)
Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and other Compliance Officers

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
05 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Knowledge of corporate governance and internal controls.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills
