Job Requirements:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Manufacturing, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in managerial level at supply chain / procurement / planning / logistics roles
Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation skills
Experience in manufacturing environment is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost optimization, and alignment with business objectives
Oversee demand planning, supply planning, and inventory control to ensure optimal material availability and production support
Drive procurement strategies, including supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and performance management
Collaborate with production, logistics, and commercial teams to ensure seamless supply chain execution
Monitor key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, inventory turns, supply risk, cost performance) and implement improvement initiatives
Manage and resolve supply chain disruptions, customer complaints, and supply risks in a timely and structured manner
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to supply chain team members to enhance overall performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and cost reduction programs
