About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to lead employee training and development initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for identifying training needs, developing engaging learning programs, and supporting employee growth aligned with company goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis with department heads and managers.
  • Design and facilitate training programs including onboarding, leadership, technical, and soft skills training.
  • Develop training materials, presentations, SOP-based modules, and e-learning content.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and employee development activities.

Employee Growth & Performance Support

  • Support employee career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and learning support to employees and team leaders.

Learning Systems & Reporting

  • Manage training records, certifications, and learning data through LMS or training trackers.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Prepare reports and recommend improvements to learning programs.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Ensure mandatory and compliance-related training is completed on time.
  • Coordinate with external training providers and manage training logistics and schedules.
  • Stay updated on modern learning trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • At least 25 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR.
  • Experience facilitating training programs and creating learning materials.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fast-paced or multi-site organizations

  • Certifications such as SHRM, ATD, or Certified Trainer are a plus
