Essential Duties
The role will be responsible with service billing with the following but not limited to:
- Processing of service billing accurately and on a timely manner
- Meter reading handling
- Develop and maintain effective documentation and records including internal trackers and database.
- Email management
- Invoice preparation and adjustment
- May handle minimal outbound calls for coordination purposes.
- Undergo cross-training and handle other functions as assigned by the Team Leader
- Communicate proactively and positively with all members of Canon Asia & CBSC
- Work as part of the team and ensure positive, supportive, and collaborative working relationships with peers.
- Other task/s that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
- College/bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Good communication skills
