Offer or promote services and provide cargo transportation solution to client with the goal of maximizing profit and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales target to assigned area.
Prepares daily sales activity report.
Provide rate proposal to prospect clients and ensure follow through.
Prepares weekly Sales Performance report.
Involve and/or participate sales strategy planning with Immediate Superior.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunity daily through networking, social media, etc.
Setting up meetings with potential client and getting their cargo handling needs.
Prepares and deliver appropriate presentation of the services to potential client.
Represent the Company in negotiating/close deals and building business relationship with client.
Develop sales network and price structure to attain targets and increase revenues.
Requirements
Preferably at least 2-3 years work experience in sales, airline freight forwarding, logistics operations or airfreight industry.
Bachelors degree of marketing or any business related course.
Excellent sales negotiation skills.
Possess a complete understanding of the cargo operations.
Highly motivated, disciplined and compliance.
Maintains integrity and trustworthiness.
Excellent communication and building relationship.
