daily practice, repetition, coaching, and strict adherence. Branch Managers are expected to
enforce, model, and protect this process every single day.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a retail branch with strict adherence to the Gigahertz Sales Process
- Conduct daily sales drills, role-plays, and coaching sessions with sales staff
- Monitor execution metrics (conversion, attachments, compliance, daily targets)
- Ensure consistent customer experience through process discipline, not shortcuts
- Enforce routines: opening huddles, mid-day checks, end-of-day reviews
- Hold team members accountable for following the process even when it feels repetitive
- Coordinate with head office on performance reports, compliance, and execution gaps
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or related field
- At least 35 years of experience in retail sales or operations
- Proven experience leading teams under strict processes or scripts
- Strong coaching, monitoring, and follow-through skills
- High tolerance for repetition and daily routines
- Comfortable with metrics, reporting, and performance reviews
- Willingness to be hands-on on the sales floor
