The Lease Assistant provides administrative support to the Lease Department. They maintain proper documentation of tenants and their transactions, as well as coordinate with tenants regarding any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in any Business/Management course.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Preferably at least 1-year work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Work details:
- Locations: Head Office, Ortigas, Pasig (on-site)
- Schedule: 5-day work week schedule (compressed); Sat-Sun rest day.
