We are looking for a Ssr Data Analyst to play a key role in designing and delivering solutions, improving reporting processes, and supporting smarter decision-making across the organization.
This position combines analytical expertise with a strong understanding of business needs, contributing to scalable solutions and the continued growth of our capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and report
- Translate business requirements into effective data models
- Analyze key business metrics (performance, targets, budgets, and commercial variations), identifying gaps and generating actionable insight
- Participate in data collection, solution design, development, testing, and validation with end user
- Optimize and automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce error
- Maintain and enhance existing dashboards to ensure accuracy, relevance, and performanc
- Pomote and apply BARBUSS’s value proposition and collaborative culture in daily work
- Contribute to building scalable analytics capabilities aligned with BARBUSS’s growt
Requirement
- 2–3 years of experience in analytical roles
- Experience with PowerBI
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Advanced students or graduates in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related fields
This position requires people who are results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, with experience in collaborative organizational culture, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios
