Global Planning Integration Lead
Role Purpose
Integrate cross-country planning inputs and enable fact-based trade-off discussions with Finance and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate inter-country volume requirements and assumptions
- Align planning inputs with Finance (cost, margin, scenario impact)
- Build integrated scenarios and planning fact packs
- Facilitate cross-country discussions and escalations
- Support IBP governance with structured inputs and analysis
- Enable enterprise discussions on sourcing and network trade-offs
Explicitly Out of Scope
- Make-vs-buy recommendations
- Running country planning or IBP cycles
- Approving country plans or numbers
Hiring Profile
- Solid understanding of demand, supply, and inventory planning
- Comfortable working across Planning, Finance, and Operations
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Confident facilitator across countries
- Objective, structured, and calm under ambiguity
