At least 1 - 2 years work experience in transport, logistics, or 3PL operations
Familiarity with carrier coordination, delivery workflows, and freight invoice review
Proficiency in TMS, WMS, reporting tools, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Strong organisation, prioritisation, communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
About The Role
This role supports daily transport tasks and logistics operations by ensuring deliveries arrive on time and issues are handled properly. The role focuses on monitoring shipments, resolving problems, maintaining communication with team members and partners, managing costs, updating reports, and ensuring data is correct.
Were looking for someone who is organized, can work under pressure, proficient in using Excel, and has excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal), which is a requirement for the role.
What Youll Be Working On
Help coordinate daily transport activities with different carriers to ensure smooth operations
Act as a point of contact for delivery issues, delays, concerns, and timely carrier follow-ups
Build and maintain good relationships with carriers, customers, and team members while sharing timely delivery updates
Check and review transport invoices, identify discrepancies, and assist in preparing and sending transport quotes to customers
Support transport reporting and performance monitoring including KPIs, delivery issues, and ETA adherence
Highlight differences between actual delivery timelines and planned ETAs
What Were Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in transport, logistics, or 3PL operations
Familiarity with carrier coordination and delivery workflows
Experience reviewing freight invoices and identifying discrepancies
Proficiency in TMS, WMS, and reporting tools
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proactive and solutions-focused approach
