Job Description

Conduct purchase request (PR) audits to ensure policy and process compliance
Generate and process purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner
Monitor PO status and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on progress and completion
Assist in sourcing activities and vendor coordination as needed
Support bid processes, including quotation review and commercial evaluation
Provide operational support for procurement-related initiatives and requests

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree
Relevant internship or work experience in procurement or administrative support is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
High proficiency in MS Excel is a minimum requirement
Highly motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Possesses initiative, resourcefulness, and proactive attitude
Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure
Ability to effectively organize, plan, control and prioritize work/projects
