• Arrange sea shipments for import and export taks
• Involve in daily shipment problem solving and follow up
• Assist in declaration for k1, K2, K3 etc
• Liaise with all relevant parties for proper documentation and arrangement of shipments
• Manage and monitor daily shipments and update customers for all deliveries in timely manner
• Handle costing, billing documentation and payment for shipments
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or inquiries via email or phone in timely manner

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) function, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes, and account statements accurately and on time.
• Conduct AR aging analysis and maintain accurate receivable records.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues.
• Perform monthly customer account reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Prepare AR reports, collection reports, and other finance-related reports as required.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments on customer account matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support external and internal audit requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in ERP systems and accounting software is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling corporate customer accounts and high-volume transactions.
• Knowledge of credit control and collection procedures.
• Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, etc.) will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia

• Coordinating with main contractor and manage project to achieve completion target.
• To prepare shop drawing, material submission, work method statement & installation check list
• Material planning & procurement to ensure continuity and smooth works on site
• To perform testing & commissioning and keep all the records
• Preparing O&M (operation & maintenance manual) and handover the project to clients
• Attend site meeting and monitor site work progress, sub-con & workers attendance application daily
