Job Scope :

• Perform quantity take-off (QTO) for all relevant project scopes.
• Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates.
• Source, compare, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Support tender preparation, costing, and pricing submissions.
• Handle procurement activities including material sourcing and purchase orders.
• Monitor project cost, budget usage, and cost control reports.
• Prepare progress claims, verify subcontractor claims, and support monthly evaluations.
• Manage variation orders (VO) including measurement, pricing and submission.
