About the Role

Requirements:

• Use AI for basic automation; reimagine marketing workflows to increase campaign speed and precision. Act as a "pilot" for AI tools, using them to generate content, optimize ad spend, and personalize customer journeys
• Proficiency with design tools: Hands-on experience with simple design platforms like Canva, Figma, or Vista Create.
• Good knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
• Excel in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM).
• Proficient with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends).
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Creativity and commercial awareness.
• Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Description:

We are looking for an E-commerce Executive to take ownership of our online marketplace performance. This role focuses on campaign planning, platform ads, sales strategy, and execution, rather than basic operations.

You will be responsible for growing sales across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, working closely with management and internal teams.

Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)

Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday, onsite

Working hour: 9am – 6pm (include 1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Strategy:

• Plan and execute monthly and mega campaigns (e.g. 11.11, PayDay, Brand Day, etc)
• Create campaign mechanics (vouchers, bundles, add-on deals, GWP, pricing strategy)
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and platform submissions

Performance Marketing & Ads

• Manage Shopee / Lazada ads (Search, Discovery, Affiliate, etc.)
• Optimize ads based on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and sales performance
• Optimise keywords, creatives, and budget allocation

Store Performance & Growth

• Analyse store performance (traffic, conversion, AOV)
• Identify growth opportunities and underperforming SKUs
• Propose improvements to listings, pricing, and promotions

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare weekly & monthly performance reports
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights
• Track competitor activities and market trends

Collaboration & Ownership

• Take ownership of assigned platforms and KPIs with minimal supervision
• Proactively identify issues and resolve them quickly
• Collaborate with design, ops, and customer service teams

Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience on Shopee, Lazada, and Tik Tok.
• Data-driven and comfortable working with numbers.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented.
