The Role

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with a broad remit spanning employee relations, policy, compliance and related projects. About the role

Thoughtfull is seeking an HR Operations Associate to support the expansion of our regional teams in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore. What you will do:  

• Be the first line of support for employees, acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries such as policies and benefits

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and local labor regulations
