Requirements:

About the Role

The Senior Executive, Risk Management, Compliance & Internal Audit is responsible for supporting the company’s governance, risk management, compliance, certification, and internal audit activities to ensure effective internal control, regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and continuous improvement across the organization.

資格與能力

• 公共管理、經濟學、工商管理、專案管理、資訊科技、會計或相關領域的學士學位。
• 至少 2-3 年專案相關活動經驗，在財務報告結構、分析審查技術或績效管理實施、策略規劃方面逐步累積的經驗，或任何相關的培訓和經驗的同等組合。
• 精通專案管理、預算管理、數據分析和利害關係人管理。
• 精通 Excel、PowerPoint，並具備 Power BI、PowerApps 等基礎知識者優先考慮。
• 樂於學習並採用新工具（例如 Power BI、Power Apps、Power Automate、SharePoint 等）。
• 組織能力和時間管理能力優秀。

負責確保所有產品和生產流程符合既定的品質標準、法規要求和客戶規範。該職位支援品質管理系統 (QMS) 的實施和維護，進行檢查和審核，並與生產團隊緊密合作，推動持續的品質改進。

從原料到成品全程監控產品質量，確保合規性，並透過糾正措施解決品質問題。

主要職責

1. 品質管理系統（QMS）

• 協助實施和維護品質管理系統（QMS）。確保所有標準作業規程（SOP）、程序和品質文件得到妥善管理和更新。支援內部和外部審核（客戶審核、認證審核、監管機構審核）。確保符合公司標準、監管要求和客戶規範。

2. 產品和製程品質控制

• 對原料、半成品和成品進行檢驗。監控生產過程，確保產品品質穩定。識別缺陷、不合格品和與標準的偏差。

3. 問題管理與持續改進

• 調查品質問題並進行根本原因分析。實施糾正和預防措施。與生產團隊合作，改善流程並減少缺陷。分析品質數據並編寫改進措施報告。

4. 審計與合規

• 進行內部稽核並協助外部/客戶稽核。確保符合相關標準。維護完善的文件和審計記錄。

5. 文件記錄與報告

• 維護品質記錄、檢驗報告和可追溯性文件。編製品質報告、關鍵績效指標和分析報告，供管理階層審核。確保對不符合項和糾正措施進行妥善記錄。

6. 跨職能協作

• 與生產、工程和供應鏈團隊緊密合作。為操作人員提供與品質相關的訓練和指導。支援新產品導入和製程驗證。
