The Analyst 1 (Inventory Control) is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, integrity, and flow efficiency through data-driven analysis, system enablement, and process optimization. This role contributes from day one by strengthening inventory visibility, identifying discrepancies, and supporting operational decision-making. The Analyst also plays a key role in advancing inventory management from manual tracking to automated, system-driven, and intelligent control environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and data integrity across systems (WMS/ERP/MES).
• Monitor inventory movements (receipts, storage, kitting, issuance) and highlight risks such as shortages, excess, or misalignment.

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality Management, or a field with a strong data/IT component.
• Proficiency in Google Office, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Intermediate-level Excel, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months (6–12 months preferred).
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple basic tasks and timelines effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Responsible to audit line per IPQC Checklist and Work Instruction, compile & analyze IPQC audit results weekly and drive for compliances.
• Responsible to conduct buy off during conversion for items like component traceability, feeder, profile etc.
• Responsible in monitoring the process control in place for critical process.
• To participate in and monitor NPI activities (including tape board buy off).
• Monitor QA Line Stop activity daily and follow up and verify on effectiveness of corrective Action/closure.
• Responsible to perform testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies. Managing Ongoing Reliability Test (ORT) and Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) inventory.
• Responsible for Quality Engineering support which include reviewing WO status, establish process control, review all quality incidents, train operators on required quality process, drive for 6S.
• To compile weekly report for internal and customer review.
• Raise quality alert for line awareness when comes to line excursion or customer feedback
• Other task assigned by superior.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Experience Managing DM/IDM/PS material at Material Room/ Kitting room.
• Work with warehouse team to bring up material on time for production support.
• Responsible on timely material good issuance to production.
• Managing and dispose scarp material from production in weekly basis.
• Attend daily cycle count in order to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist requestors request and perform stock check when necessary.
• Able to work under pressure and assists another ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
