該職位為高階管理人員的長期職位。其主要職責是協助財務經理處理全國多家門市的每月管理帳目。

然而，整體工作職責如下：

·負責編製全套帳目及管理報告。

·管理每日會計交易及每月資產負債表及損益分析。

·對損益表和資產負債表進行分析審查，包括趨勢分析、成本中心檢查。

關於候選人

應徵此高級會計職位者，至少需持有會計專業大專文憑，最好擁有會計專業學士學位。應徵者應具備至少三至五年的會計工作經驗，理想情況下曾在零售或餐飲業工作。擁有餐飲或旅館/餐飲服務業的會計經驗者優先考慮。除會計技能外，應徵者還需具備紮實的Excel技能和數學能力。

Roles & Responsibilities

This position will report to the senior Group Finance Manager.

Responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities within the group of subsidiary companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing company's full set of accounts and prepare and produce basic financial reporting for the management.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals, prepayments,depreciation and petty cash monthly journals.

*Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.

*Complete management reporting activities such as analysis and reconciliation reports.

*Maintain accounting records and databases.

Candidate Profile & Attributes

*Malaysians age below 40.

*Possess Bachelor degree in Accountancy or Professional qualification ACCA (Graduate or finalist).

*Candidates who have prior audit experience would be advantageous and a big plus to consider.

*Candidate for this role should be technical competent and up to date with all relevant technical accounting pronouncement and standards.

·Mengurus transaksi harian perakaunan am dan analisis B/S dan P&L bulanan.

Mengenai Calon

Calon untuk jawatan perakaunan kanan ini mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya kelayakan Diploma dalam Perakaunan atau setaraf Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan. Calon hendaklah mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya tiga hingga lima tahun pengalaman perakaunan yang bekerja dalam persekitaran industri runcit atau F&B. Pengalaman perakaunan terdahulu dalam industri F&B atau katering/hospitaliti akan menjadi satu kelebihan yang besar. Selain kemahiran Perakaunan, calon yang mempunyai kemahiran Excel dan Matematik yang kukuh adalah penting.

Ini merupakan peluang terbaik untuk calon perakaunan menimba pengalaman dan mengukuhkan diri dalam industri peruncitan F&B yang terkenal. Untuk dipertimbangkan bagi jawatan ini, calon mestilah mahir dalam Bahasa Inggeris lisan dan bertulis serta fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Cina/Mandarin.

Candidate should have at least three to five years of accounting experience working ideally in retail or F&B industry environment. Prior accounting experience in F&B or catering/hospitality industry will be a huge advantage. Besides Accounting skills, candidates with strong Excel and Mathematics skills are essential.
