Job Scope:
1. Counter & Customer Service Operations
- Attend to members' and customers' inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Handle membership registration, renewal, and account-related requests.
- Process product purchases, collections, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
- Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and company policies.
2. Cashiering & Transaction Processing
- Process cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit reports as required.
3. Inventory & Product Handling
- Prepare products for customer collection and delivery.
- Monitor stock levels at the counter and report replenishment requirements.
- Assist in stock receiving, stock transfers, and inventory counts when required.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
- Prepare and file operational documents and reports.
- Assist in data entry and other administrative duties assigned by management.
5. Customer Complaint Handling
- Receive and handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for further action.
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
6. Event & Operational Support
- Assist in company events, roadshows, Pop-Up Stores, promotions, and recruitment activities.
- Support meeting room, demo room, and event room operations when required.
- Perform operational duties assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
7. Compliance & Housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the counter and service area.
- Safeguard company assets, cash, inventory, and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities

- With basic beauty background and knowledge is added value
- Any other ad-hoc projects/duties related to sales as per assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM Level
- Prefer female with age between 20-35 years old, presentable look
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin speaking members and customers)
- Computer literate
- able wotk on rotational scheduled basis if necessary.
