The scope of this role comprises the South ASEAN Hub (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia), where responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manage the multi-country payroll processing and related statutory reporting, in compliance to legal, tax and regulatory requirements in a timely manner.
• Manage third-party payroll vendors as needed (for selected region).
• Perform financial closing for payroll related transactions.
• Prepare and post payroll related journal entries.
• Prepare monthly payroll related GL account analysis and clear open items.
• Handle expatriates tax compliance.
• Perform a standard set of internal control procedures for the regions’ payroll processes.
• Process employees’ claims reimbursements per company policy. 
• Collect and provide requested information for tax, internal, corporate, labor ministry & local authorities’ audits.

• Preparation and postings of invoices and credit notes
• Monitor and follow up payment with customers

• Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records

• Responsible to go out submit bank documents, submit tender tender & go out commission of oths.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting
• Preferable 3 years relevant working experience
• Proficient in SQL Accounting System 
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures
• Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
