• Support the design, execution, and documentation of compliance monitoring reviews and thematic testing across all regulated jurisdictions.

• Assist in the daily running of the department providing information and dealing with enquiries  
• Support and administer Payroll Management and includes all task related to payroll process, validations and report generations. 
• Liaising with Government agencies and Statutory bodies to ensure compliance with regulations. 
• Prepare and submit required reports and payments to relevant authorities in a timely manner. 
• Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential. 
• To handle all other ad hoc payroll related matters as and when required. 
• Raise invoices and purchase orders (PO) using Ariba, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procurement policies. 
• Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processing of transactions. 
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to collect, validate, and consolidate payroll-related information.  
• Perform post-payroll reporting to Finance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.  
• Address and resolve any queries raised by Finance or other stakeholders promptly. 
• Manage and resolve Workday help tickets related to payroll 
• Manage Workday payroll data and ensure accurate information flows to vendor systems via integration. 
• Monitor integration processes and resolve integration failures by coordinating with the EIT team. 
• Ensure timely closure of tickets and collaborate with HR and IT teams for escalations when necessary. 

As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to directly impact the marketing strategy and growth of our 16 markets by delivering actionable insights and advanced analytics solutions. In this role, you’ll work as an embedded thought partner with senior marketing stakeholders to influence strategy and marketing tactics, mentor junior analysts, and leverage AI to build the future of marketing analytics. This is a high-visibility position that plays a pivotal role in data-driven decision-making.

• Strategic Marketing Analysis: Design and execute robust analytical methodologies ranging from A/B tests/geo testing/holdouts to MMM modeling in order to measure incremental ROI and make actionable recommendations regarding marketing spend optimization and tactical execution of marketing initiatives
• Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Collaborate closely with senior marketing partners to understand strategic objectives, recommend analytics solutions, negotiate priorities, and present insights effectively.
• Advanced Data Modeling & Measurement: Define measurement frameworks and metric definitions for key marketing initiatives; Lead the development of complex SQL models to implement as well as transform massive datasets into actionable insights using tools like BigQuery and dbt.
• Strategic Reporting & Visualization: Design and build compelling, user-friendly data assets including both traditional dashboards (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and agentic solutions (e.g. root-cause analysis agents) that facilitate decision-making for business leaders. 
• Mentorship & Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, enhancing their technical skills and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• AI-Driven Analytics & Automation: Identify, design, and implement AI-powered solutions that transform how marketing analytics operates — including agentic workflows (e.g. root-cause analysis agents, automated anomaly detection), LLM-assisted insight generation, and prompt-engineered pipelines. Translate repeatable analyst workflows into scalable AI tools. Act as a driver of AI adoption within the team, setting standards and upskilling junior analysts.
