The job

Reporting to and work closely with the Group HR Manager, this role encompasses all employee levels within the organization. As the HR Executive, your main job duties will include day-to-day general HR administration, recruitment activities, induction training and development and payroll administration. 

You will also assist in administering and coordinating HR services,including developing policies and programs covering employment,compensation and benefits administration.

Responsible for the general spectrum of HR, including payroll,matters relating to staff discipline,grievances, domestic inquiries, staff compensation and welfare. 

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR Disciplines or Business Administration and have at least 1-2 years in similar HR generalist role. In this instant, preferences will be female candidate in age group 25-35.

She must possess outstanding communication skills, verbal and written in English and conversant in BM and advantageous if also proficient in Chinese/Mandarin.

About the role

This is a hands-on, people-facing internship at the front line of a new product launch. You'll be the person who finds neighbourhood shop owners, reaches out to them, and gets them interested enough to book a short product demo. The project lead runs the demos and handles the rest — your job is to build and work the pipeline that feeds them.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a driven and outcome-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to support our hiring needs on a 6‑month fixed term contract, with potential for renewal. In this role, you’ll play a hands-on part in delivering high‑velocity, end‑to‑end recruitment across a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure high‑quality talent in a competitive market.

You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle — from proactive sourcing and headhunting to offer management and pre‑boarding — with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing, data discipline, and candidate experience. This role is well‑suited for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, is comfortable managing multiple concurrent requisitions, and brings strong stakeholder management and closing skills.

This is a fixed term contract role (6 months), reporting to the Director of Operations, based in KL Eco City (hybrid)

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead high-velocity end-to-end hiring using a modern tech stack, combining precision sourcing with strong closing skills to secure top talent quickly. 

• Execute advanced headhunting strategies to ensure 60% of hires come from direct outreach. 

• Optimize referral programs and manage agency partnerships for niche or hard-to-fill roles, ensuring cost-effective and targeted recruitment outcomes 

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, build structured interview scorecards, and provide data-driven market insights that shape hiring decisions and workforce planning. 

• Pre-boarding & Onboarding: Manage the critical notice-period engagement to minimize candidate drop-offs, ensuring a seamless handover to People Operations and a positive Day 1 experience. 

• Maintain 100% data hygiene in ATS (Workable), leveraging AI sourcing tools to "rediscover" silver-medal talent. 

• Opportunity to expand into adjacent People functions such as employee engagement and employer branding, leveraging recruitment expertise in storytelling, analytics, and stakeholder partnership. 
   

Requirements:

• Proven track record of in-house recruitment experience, finding "passive" talent without relying on inbound applications 

• Skilled at handling multiple concurrent requisitions across different jurisdictions while maintaining quality and speed. 

• Ability to track and report on funnel metrics (e.g., Sourced-to-Interview conversion) to justify ROI 

• Good at offering and negotiation, and managing notice periods in competitive markets  

• Deep understanding and hands-on usage of ATS workflows
• Driven to expand expertise into adjacent areas such as employee engagement, employer branding, and broader People initiatives, contributing to long-term organizational culture and talent strategy 
• Exceptional English verbal and written skills for high-conversion outreach messaging 
• Excellent stakeholder management in a high growth international environment

About the Opportunity:

• Lead and deliver executive searches across all global functions, from Director level and above.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to align hiring strategies with business goals.
• Own end-to-end search delivery: role scoping, sourcing strategy, market mapping, candidate management, and offer support.
• Act as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, competitor insights, and candidate expectations.
• Ensure an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage.
• Support succession planning and pipelining for key roles across functions.
