We're looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-first Executive to own and grow our portfolio of technology partnerships across global markets. These span the ad-tech, retail media, and data intelligence verticals - including partners like algorithmic bidding tools, data connectors, and analytics suites. Beyond managing relationships, you'll be identifying where the biggest mutual growth opportunities lie and making them happen.

This role sits within the Partnerships Team, and you’ll work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to optimise partner engagement, maximise user onboarding, and minimise client churn. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term partnerships.

• Assist in developing new technology partnership opportunities globally, from prospecting and onboarding new technology partners, to deepening engagement and managing long-term health.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing integration partners, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.
• Lead user adoption through integration partners, collaborating closely on joint onboarding flows and ensuring new organisations are activated quickly and successfully.
• Collaborate with integration partners to onboard new users, providing training and support throughout the process.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials, best practice guides, and support resources tailored for integration partners.
• Support the partners' sales teams with enablement activities, from pitches, demos and RFP’s.
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to address partner feedback and continuously improve the integration experience.
• Monitor partner health and proactively address risks, whether that's adoption gaps, technical friction, or relationship drift.
• Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and expand partnership value.

How Success Is Measured

• Onboard 5+ new organisations per integration partner per month.
• Maintain integration partner client churn at 1% or below.
• Partner pipeline contribution and MRR attributed to technology partner activity.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, or a related role ideally within SaaS, technology, e-commerce, ad-tech, or a startup environment.
• Experience in managing stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones, such as partners headquartered in Melbourne, New York, London, or Tokyo.
• A track record of working with international clients and stakeholders. Comfort navigating cultural nuance, adapting communication styles, and building credibility with people you may rarely meet in person.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills, with a consultative and commercially minded approach.
• A strong grasp of the e-commerce technology landscape is a highly preferred.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and familiarity with integration or partner management platforms.
• Comfort with AI tools to work faster and more efficiently.
• A self-starter who can set priorities, manage competing demands, and operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient Specialist, Marketing Tech, Regional to join our team of 3-4.

While the title is "Marketing Tech," this isn't a typical SaaS or app marketing role. For us, it means being the strategic engine that designs and manages the technical backbone for our core B2B logistics services.

Your mission is to identify intent signals by leading the integration of our Marketing Tools (CRM, automation, and AI Agents) and optimising our end-to-end workflows. It's all about ensuring data integrity, automating lead scoring to detect high-value accounts, and creating the sophisticated digital systems required to shorten the sales cycle.

You will fit perfectly if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are creative, analytical, organised, and have a sharp eye for detail. We're looking for a natural self-starter with a structured and clear way of communicating.

A DAY IN A LIFE
As a start-up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Manage and Develop Integrated Workflows & Tool Utilisation: Spearhead the creation of effective, end-to-end integrated workflows, leveraging AI Agents and the existing Marketing Tools stack (CRM, automation platforms) to connect Marketing CRM, Sales CRM, and the customer database, with a focus on supporting demand generation activities.
• Automation of Demand Generation Processes: Automating key demand generation processes, such as intent signal capture, lead scoring, and segmentation, leveraging AI agents and machine learning capabilities where applicable.
• CRM Strategy Analysis: Analyse customer data to refine CRM strategies.
• Marketing Technologies Integration & Management: Collaborate on integrating and managing the full Marketing Tools stack and automation tools, ensuring they align with and bolster demand generation efforts.
• Close Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work in tandem with the marketing team, including Content Marketing, Brand, PR & Communications, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and smooth lead transition.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage with external departments such as regional and local market stakeholders, Operations, and the Product team to align business strategies.

Job Overview

The Enablement and Innovation Specialist is an individual contributor that plays an end-to-end role shaping and driving Technology's technical learning and community engagement approach across APAC. Reporting into the Community Engagement & Innovation Manager, you will partner closely with Technology leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability needs, translate them into practical learning plans, and drive stronger adoption and engagement across Technology.

The role champions a culture where engagement and learning are embedded into the way we work—creating sustainable communities of practice, lifting learning platform adoption, and ensuring our tech EVP is authentically communicated inside and outside SEEK.

Technical Learning Pathway Design and Adoption

• Drive the development and continuous improvement of Technology's learning enablement approach across APAC, aligned to capability priorities and business needs.
• Own, design and deliver technical learning plans including role-based pathways, blended learning experiences, campaigns, labs, and peer learning initiatives with coordinated calendar and rhythm.
• Drive adoption and engagement through proactive communications, champion networks, manager enablement and regional activation, whilst monitoring participation, platform usage and program effectiveness to inform continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Partnership and Regional Delivery

• Partner with Technology leaders and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps, prioritise learning needs and design targeted interventions tailored to regional context whilst maintaining global coherence and quality.
• Represent learning enablement priorities across APAC with credible thought partnership and strong stakeholder alignment, including designing approaches to improve HRDF uptake in Malaysia.

Community, Enablement and Capability Uplift

• Act as local program lead for flagship internal events (e.g., Hackathon), coordinating local activations and converting event insights into action plans for continuous improvement.
• Support communities of practice across priority disciplines (engineering, data/AI, architecture, security, product/design) by establishing clear purpose, cadence and value propositions; recruit and coach community leads; and maintain community roadmaps.
• Build repeatable tools, templates, playbooks and governance mechanisms that improve consistency and scalability of learning enablement across Technology, whilst contributing to a connected Technology community and culture of innovation.
