The Regional Commercial Excellence Manager is a central role focusing on driving operational support across commercial, graphic design and chat functions – our core service offerings. As a Regional Commercial Excellence Manager you will take charge of

This role blends creative storytelling with machine learning capabilities to accelerate end-to-end video production across Southeast Asia. As a Regional AI Video Content Manager, you will take charge of:

AI-Led Video Production Strategy

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools, agentic AI systems, and automation to accelerate video production workflows

• 5+ years of experience in video production, creative operations, or content innovation (eCommerce or social commerce preferred)

• Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets is a strong advantage

We are looking for an Integrated Media Lead to architect regional growth strategies across our diverse portfolio (including activities outside of Southeast Asia). This is a unique, career-defining role where you will sit between Consumer Full-Funnel Marketing and B2B Growth for our technology and data solutions.

You are a strategist who can seamlessly pivot from high-volume, mass-reach consumer campaigns to high-intent, account-based B2B lead generation. You will be responsible for orchestrating 360-degree media campaigns. You will also manage substantial regional budgets. Additionally, you will lead external agencies to ensure our media presence, across both digital and traditional touchpoints, is performing at a world-class level.
