Role Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to drive Sales Enablement through digital tools and commercial infrastructure optimisation. This role will lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of sales systems, digital workflows, and performance governance frameworks to improve sales productivity and revenue scalability. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience building internal sales systems (CRM, contract lifecycle tools, lead-to-cash processes) and driving cross-functional transformation across sales, operations, product, and finance. This is a strategic yet execution-focused leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Digital Infrastructure & Systems

• Lead the design and optimisation of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) systems.
• Drive CRM enhancement, sales automation, contract lifecycle management, and reporting dashboards.
• Build scalable internal sales tools to improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with tech teams to translate commercial requirements into system capabilities.
  

2. Sales Governance & Performance Management

• Establish structured sales operating cadence, performance tracking, and KPI governance.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through pipeline analytics and business diagnostics.
• Implement standardised partner onboarding, risk-control processes, and incentive alignment frameworks.
• Improve sales transparency and accountability through digitised workflows.
  

3. Commercial Strategy Enablement

• Support commercial leadership in model design, pricing governance, and revenue structure optimisation.
• Standardise go-to-market processes across regions.
• Enable scalable expansion through structured frameworks and measurable operating metrics.
• Identify productivity gaps and drive process optimisation initiatives.
  

4. Cross-Functional Transformation

• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to align systems and commercial processes.
• Lead cross-border coordination if required.
• Drive adoption of new digital tools through training and change management initiatives.

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or sales enablement roles.
• Proven experience building or enhancing CRM / Lead-to-Cash systems.
• Strong understanding of sales performance management, pipeline governance, and incentive structures.
• Experience driving cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to translate business strategy into operating frameworks.
• Comfortable working with data analytics and performance dashboards.
• Experience in fintech, technology, telecommunications, or fast-scaling environments preferred.
  

• To perform food handling tasks that require prolonged walking and standing duration.
• Ensure compliance to Food Safety and Hygiene practices at all time. 
• Attend to customers’ needs and requests for food with the best customer service quality. 
• Ensuring all the food products are in perfect conditions and correctly priced at all times.
• Upkeep cleanliness and hygiene standards at all time.
• Cash handling and able to perform daily food handling and housekeeping chores.
• Having Food and Beverage and Café working experience is an additional advantage.

You will design and implement Sales Incentive Plans across Grab Sales Teams in APAC markets.

You will work with People Rewards, HR, Regional and Country Sales Leadership, and Country Sales Operations teams to align Sales Incentive Plans with business objectives.

We are looking for someone who can design sales compensation structures, analyze business metrics, and manage implementation projects across multiple countries.

This role will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and is fully onsite at our Petaling Jaya's office

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will:

• Design and implement sales compensation plans across APAC markets, including plan structure, simulations, training materials, participant support, attainment calculations, and payout management
• Track and analyze sales compensation plan results, using data to ensure alignment with business goals and market practices, partnering with Data Analytics teams on metric tracking
• Align target setting processes with sales incentive quotas and policies, working with local Commercial leaders and sales operations teams
• Improve operational workflows, streamlining compensation processes and providing program updates to leadership
• Ensure process compliance and controls, working with senior management and stakeholders across functions to implement new processes and improve existing ones
• Coordinate with People Rewards team on governance and controls when launching and administering sales compensation plans

• You will act as a key partner for the Commercial Country Head and Country Sales Managers in MY/SG.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll always put customers first, offer assistance, and share your product and fashion knowledge. You’ll create an environment that is easy for customers to shop through store operations and great garment care. You will also share your knowledge and skills with your colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide great customer experience.
• Fold, hang, display, and merchandise garments to maximize selling opportunities.
• Actively process, stock and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Open, unpack, and label merchandise with security tags.
