Mengenai Calon

Calon hendaklah mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya tiga hingga lima tahun pengalaman perakaunan yang bekerja dalam persekitaran industri runcit atau F&B. Prior accounting experience in F&B or catering/hospitality industry will be a huge advantage. Besides Accounting skills, candidates with strong Excel and Mathematics skills are essential.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

Lead and oversee the end-to-end procurement and sourcing function across the Teleport Group, driving procurement governance, strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement operations, cost optimization, and process transformation initiatives.

You'll work closely with stakeholders across functions and geographies, acting as a trusted business partner to deliver commercial value, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

1. Procurement Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute the overall procurement strategy aligned with Teleport’s business objectives and growth plans.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement and sourcing experience, including leadership experience managing regional or group-level procurement functions.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, supplier negotiations, and procurement governance.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth, or multinational environments is highly preferred.

Senior Agile Project Manager

The Senior Agile Project Manager will provide the governance, delivery discipline, and cross-functional coordination required to execute GFS product modernization program successfully. With deep experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, you will oversee multiple concurrent delivery squads, manage stakeholder reporting, and ensure the program remains on track against committed roadmap milestones. Due to ongoing growth at Radius, we are looking for a Senior Account Management Advisor  to join our team at our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In this role, you will be selling our fuel cards into the Malaysia market and will enjoy a varied role with fantastic opportunities to progress and develop your career.  

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships by proactively anticipating customer needs.
• Identify and resolve potential blockers to ensure continuous use of Radius products.
• Monitor and analyse customer product usage to forecast and track sales metrics.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
• Generate referrals from existing customers to expand the client base.
• Reduce customer attrition by engaging and negotiating with customers considering account closure.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer requirements align with company objectives.
• Provide cross-departmental support on an ad-hoc basis.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly in line with target service levels.
• Resolve customer issues through effective escalation management and follow-up.
• Track and manage emails related to performance reviews.
• Support report generation, data gathering, and data cleansing activities as required.
• Maintain an average talk time of approximately 2.5 hours per day.

Leadership & Customer Service Oversight Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and mentor Customer Service Representatives to achieve service level agreements (SLAs), effectively manage customer enquiries, and deliver a high standard of customer support.
• Support the resolution of complex customer escalations and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Optimise Salesforce utilisation and configuration to improve ticket management, customer profile maintenance, workflow efficiency, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Credit, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
• Monitor customer service performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Promote best practices across customer service and account management functions to support business objectives and customer retention.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Investor Operations, a list of your responsibilities will include:

• Support the quality control review process of daily deliverables following company and department policies and procedures relating to investor registration, dealing, reporting and cash
• Be a main contact for daily client inquiries and deliverables within your team, striving to complete deliverables within Service level agreements, escalate any client or deliverable issues where required and appropriate
• Respond to queries from Clients, Investors, Fund Managers or internal MUFG Departments following a high-quality standard, and provide assistance and guidance to the team members in query responses
• Through experience, provide guidance to colleagues within the team in daily tasks, processes and deliverables
• Participate in regular team check-in meetings/calls sharing information, ideas and supporting colleagues in a positive team culture

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from ideation and planning through execution, monitoring, and delivery
• Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and timeline management
• Drive revenue-focused initiatives including monetization campaigns, partnership programs, and new business development opportunities
• Identify and evaluate new revenue opportunities while adapting quickly to changing business priorities and market conditions
• Troubleshoot project challenges with creative solutions and optimize existing revenue streams for scaling opportunities
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) with aggressive revenue targets
• Design lead-generation strategies to expand hirer partnerships for new markets, including leveraging community forums, corporate partnerships, and industry leaders.
• Identify growth opportunities while adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate and managed cross-functional teams including BI/Management, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing departments and external parties.
