Job Summary

The System Support Executive is responsible for providing first-level technical and operational support for travel technology systems, including GDS platforms, mid-office, and back-office applications.

The Junior System Support Executive is responsible for providing first-level technical and operational support for travel technology systems such as GDS platforms, mid-office, and back-office applications.

This role supports daily system operations, assists in on boarding users and clients, and works closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth system performance. The position also involves supporting system-related projects, performing basic system and GDS configurations, and delivering support to regional clients.

What You'll be doing

• Provide 1st level support for travel systems by handling user inquiries, performing basic troubleshooting, and resolving common system issues.
• Assist in user onboarding, including setting up system access, assigning roles and permissions, and guiding users on basic system usage.
• Support client onboarding by configuring system settings and ensuring accurate setup of client profiles across platforms.
• Monitor daily system operations, reports, and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and highlight any discrepancies.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior team members or external vendors and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Support and participate in system-related projects, including system implementation, enhancements, and configuration activities.
• Perform basic configuration of travel systems, including GDS setup and related configurations based on business requirements.
• Provide system support to regional clients, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases and documenting findings during system upgrades or enhancements.
• Maintain and update documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide basic training and guidance to users when required.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in system administration or IT systems configuration.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Key Responsibilities

• System Architecture & Setup: Lead the end-to-end setup of new operational systems (e.g., ticketing platforms, telephony entities, CRM environments). Responsible for system configuration, data mapping, integrations, and deployment.
• System Maintenance & Administration: Manage the daily administration of core CX systems, including ticketing, telephony/VoIP, and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk). About You

You will own and enhance SEEK’s back-office and identity platforms, with a primary focus on Microsoft 365 and related services, ensuring they are secure, highly available and aligned to our cloud-first strategy.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with 2–3 days a week working from home, you will act as the senior technical escalation point, driving infrastructure projects across data centre, AWS and Azure environments, while mentoring teammates and influencing how we deliver enterprise services at scale.

This role also involves serving as the go-to technical resource for our customer service team, aiding them in delivering top-notch troubleshooting solutions for our customers to ensure a seamless and speedy resolution. This individual will serve as the cornerstone of technical hands-on knowledge for PRISM+ aircon products. They will be responsible for offering technical assistance, guidance, and support to both individual consumers and businesses encountering issues with our technical, hardware, and software systems. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role within PRISM+ Malaysia and will report directly to the Aircon Operations & Technical Manager.

Responsibilities of Aircon Technician but are not limited to

• Installs, inspects, maintains, and repair various types and brand of all types of commercial and residential air conditioners.
• Performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning systems.
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Carries our repair works such as replacement of air con compressors, fan coil motors, etc.
• Recommends appropriate repair and improvement works to customers.
• Perform servicing of air conditioning at customers' residential and commercial premises that includes chemical washes, chemical overhauls, general maintenance services.
• Ensure all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
• Daily reporting and weekly reporting to direct manager.

• Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance (including chemical washing), troubleshooting and repairing of air conditioners.

• Previous experience with a flagship Trading system (ideally Murex) is an advantage
