Ringkasan Kedudukan

Ketua Projek Pemasangan ialah orang yang bertanggungjawab secara keseluruhan di pihak Malaysia untuk projek pemasangan peralatan pembersihan semikonduktor.

Jawatan ini bertanggungjawab untuk memimpin dan mengurus keseluruhan operasi projek pemasangan, termasuk perancangan pengeluaran, pelaksanaan pemasangan, penyelarasan perolehan, kawalan penghantaran, pengurusan kos dan peningkatan keuntungan projek.

Sebagai tempoh operasi utama untuk pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun, Ketua Perhimpunan dijangka menyelaras jadual pengeluaran, komitmen penghantaran, risiko projek dan aktiviti penambahbaikan bagi memastikan pencapaian sasaran QDC.

Peranan ini juga memerlukan kepimpinan yang mantap dalam memacu kecekapan operasi, pembangunan organisasi dan penambahbaikan berterusan merentasi organisasi projek pemasangan.

Tanggungjawab Utama

1. Pengurusan Projek Keseluruhan

Memimpin dan mengurus keseluruhan operasi projek pemasangan peralatan semikonduktor di Malaysia.

Mengawasi fungsi Pemasangan, Kawalan Pengeluaran dan Perolehan untuk projek pemasangan.

Pantau dan kawal keseluruhan kemajuan projek termasuk pengeluaran, kesediaan bahan, status pemasangan dan jadual penghantaran.

Memastikan pencapaian sasaran QDC projek.

2. Perancangan Pengeluaran & Pengurusan Kemajuan

Membangun dan menyemak pelan pengeluaran untuk projek pemasangan peralatan pembuatan semikonduktor.

Menyelaras dengan Pengurus Kawalan Pengeluaran untuk mengoptimumkan jadual pengeluaran, peruntukan tenaga kerja dan penggunaan kapasiti pengeluaran.

Semak kemajuan pengeluaran harian dan teruskan tindakan pemulihan untuk kelewatan jadual atau isu operasi.

Mengenal pasti kesesakan pengeluaran dan memacu tindakan pembetulan dan pencegahan.

3. Penyelarasan Pelanggan & Pengurusan Penghantaran

Bertindak sebagai tetingkap penyelarasan utama dengan pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun.

Mengendalikan penyelarasan jadual penghantaran, pengurusan penghantaran dan permintaan pelanggan berdasarkan keperluan projek.

Memimpin tindak balas untuk permintaan penghantaran segera, perubahan keutamaan dan perubahan kejuruteraan.

Laporkan risiko pengeluaran, jadualkan impak dan tindakan pemulihan kepada pelanggan Jepun dan Ibu Pejabat Jepun.

4. Pengurusan Isu Pengeluaran & Penambahbaikan Berterusan

Kenal pasti isu operasi, risiko pengeluaran dan kesesakan proses merentasi projek pemasangan.

Memimpin aktiviti penambahbaikan merentas fungsi dengan pasukan Pemasangan, Kejuruteraan, QA/QC, Kawalan Pengeluaran dan Perolehan.

Menggalakkan pengurangan kecacatan, penyeragaman proses dan kecemerlangan operasi.

Memacu Pembuatan Lean, 5S dan inisiatif penambahbaikan berterusan.

5. Peningkatan Produktiviti

Membangun dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan kecekapan pengeluaran dan produktiviti operasi.

Menerajui inisiatif untuk peningkatan kecekapan buruh, pengoptimuman aliran kerja dan pengurangan masa plumbum.

Menggalakkan penyeragaman proses pemasangan dan amalan terbaik operasi.

Pantau KPI pengeluaran dan laksanakan tindakan penambahbaikan pembetulan.

6. Kawalan Kos & Peningkatan Keuntungan

Mengurus prestasi kos projek keseluruhan untuk operasi pemasangan.

Aktiviti pengurangan kos utama termasuk peningkatan kecekapan buruh, pengurangan kehilangan bahan dan pengurangan kerja semula.

Membangun dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan keuntungan projek.

Menyokong aktiviti pengurusan bajet dan analisis keuntungan.

7. Pengurusan Organisasi

Memimpin dan menyelia Pengurus Pemasangan, Pengurus Kawalan Pengeluaran dan Pengurus Perolehan.
