Job Description:

• This position will be based at site office.
• Responsible in managing the financial and contractual terms of a wide variety of projects from pre-tender to post-contract stages.

Peranan ini menyelia pasukan penganalisis WFM, mentadbir metodologi ramalan dan menyelia hasil perancangan tenaga kerja, membolehkan Pengurus WFM memberi tumpuan kepada inisiatif strategik, pengurusan pihak berkepentingan dan pengoptimuman tenaga kerja jangka panjang.

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

Ramalan & Perancangan Kapasiti

• Memimpin pembangunan dan tadbir urus ramalan permintaan jangka pendek dan jangka sederhana merentasi semua saluran perkhidmatan (panggilan, e-mel, sembang, dll.).
• Terjemahkan permintaan yang diramalkan kepada keperluan FTE menggunakan metodologi perancangan tenaga kerja.
• Membangunkan model perancangan kapasiti untuk menentukan keperluan kakitangan, peruntukan sumber dan tahap kebolehlaksanaan perkhidmatan.
• Menyokong perancangan kiraan pekerja tahunan, belanjawan tenaga kerja dan unjuran pengambilan pekerja dengan kerjasama Operasi dan HR.
• Memastikan andaian ramalan, metodologi dan parameter perancangan digunakan dan didokumenkan secara konsisten.

Tadbir Urus Penjadualan & Pengoptimuman Sumber

• Menyelia rangka kerja penjadualan tenaga kerja bagi memastikan liputan sejajar dengan permintaan dan pelan kapasiti yang diramalkan.
• Pastikan strategi penjadualan sejajar dengan pelan kakitangan, andaian pengecutan dan kekangan operasi.
• Membimbing penganalisis dalam melaksanakan strategi untuk mengoptimumkan prestasi tahap perkhidmatan dan penggunaan tenaga kerja.
• Pantau peruntukan kakitangan merentasi fungsi dan saluran untuk menyokong pengoptimuman sumber merentas fungsi apabila diperlukan

Kepimpinan Pasukan WFM

• Menyelia dan membimbing penganalisis WFM yang bertanggungjawab untuk sokongan ramalan, pelaksanaan penjadualan dan pelaporan.
• Semak output penganalisis, termasuk model ramalan, pelan kakitangan dan laporan operasi.
• Mewujudkan aliran kerja berstruktur, pemilikan dan garis masa yang boleh dihantar dalam pasukan WFM.
• Memberi bimbingan untuk membangunkan keupayaan analitikal dan perancangan tenaga kerja di seluruh pasukan.

Pemantauan & Pelaporan Prestasi WFM

• Pantau metrik perancangan tenaga kerja utama seperti Tahap Perkhidmatan, Ketepatan Ramalan, Pengecutan, Penghunian dan Penggunaan Kakitangan.
• Memberikan pandangan dan analisis berstruktur untuk menyokong proses membuat keputusan operasi.
• Mengekalkan rangka kerja dan papan pemuka pelaporan (Excel / Power BI) untuk memastikan keterlihatan prestasi tenaga kerja.

Keperluan & Kelayakan

• 6-8 tahun pengalaman dalam Pengurusan Tenaga Kerja, Perancangan Kapasiti atau Operasi Pusat Panggilan.
• Minimum 2 tahun pengalaman kepimpinan pasukan atau penyeliaan dalam WFM atau analitik operasi.
• Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang metodologi ramalan pusat hubungan dan model perancangan kapasiti.
• Kemahiran lanjutan dalam Excel, analisis data dan alat pelaporan (contohnya, Power BI), dengan pengetahuan tentang DAX dan SQL.
• Pemikiran analitikal yang kuat dan perhatian terhadap perincian.
