About the job

The opening is a full time permanent position at junior executive level. Reporting to Senior Accounts Executive and/or Finance Manager, the role will work in close liaison with both the reconciliation and accounts receivable teams.  

The main purpose of the positions is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in relevant aspects AR and AP of accounting functions such as purchase and sales ledger maintenance, processing invoices, supplier reconciliation, bank reconciliation, inventory management and pricing. We are looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Finance Manager to take ownership of the company’s finance function. As the key finance owner in the company, the Finance Manager manages the finance function end-to-end. The Finance Manager works closely with the CEO on financial planning, cashflow management, forecasting, reporting, and accounting.

The ideal candidate is someone who combines strong finance fundamentals with business acumen, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growing company environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare and manage company budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Develop and maintain:
• P&L forecasts
• Cashflow projections
• Budget vs actual reporting
• Financial dashboards and KPI reporting
• Support scenario planning and financial modelling for business decisions

Business Planning

• Advise the CEO with financial analysis and business insights
• Assist with cost management and profitability tracking
• Provide financial input for operational and strategic initiatives

Financial Operations

• Do accounting using Xero
• Oversee monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Monitor company cashflow, expenses, and working capital
• Ensure timely and accurate financial closing processes
• Improve finance workflows, controls, and reporting systems

Audit & Compliance

• Prepare company accounts, reconciliations, and supporting documentation for annual financial audits
• Coordinate annual financial audits and liaise with external auditors
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and statutory filings
• Work with external accountants, tax agents, and corporate secretaries
• Prepare regular reports to shareholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a finance management or FP&A
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong experience in:
• Financial forecasting
• Budgeting and FP&A
• Cashflow management
• Financial reporting
• Audit coordination
• Good understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Experienced in company financial audits
• Strong Excel / financial modelling skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
• Experience working in SME, startup, SaaS, or technology environments is an advantage

In this role, you will become part of the Performance Excellence Pillar. The role is intended to work on Quality escape, RCA, KPI, and strategic prediction by analyzing data countries/clusters. You will have the opportunity to lead continuous improvement projects, according to the requirements, and deliver the expected business impacts. We are looking for a visionary and dynamic Regional Brand Marketing Strategist to join our team. This role operates at the exciting intersection of scale and strategy. You will hold a dual mandate: acting as a "horizontal" capability builder to develop a standardized, high-performing social commerce machine across markets, while also serving as the "vertical" strategic lead for key brand accounts.

You will not just be a thinker, but a capability builder who bridges the gap between overarching business goals, audience insights, full-funnel activation, and compelling content.

As a Regional Brand Marketing Lead, you will take charge of 

1. Brand Strategy & Account Leadership

• Own and develop strong, differentiated brand marketing strategies for assigned key accounts, grounded in:
• Business objectives
• Category dynamics
• Audience insights
• Act as the strategic lead on accounts, ensuring clarity and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
• Lead strategic conversations in pitches and QBRs, bringing a senior point of view and cross-market insights.

2. Full-Funnel Strategy & Translation

• Translate business strategy into end-to-end full-funnel marketing plans, including:
• Audience persona definition
• Funnel design (awareness → consideration → conversion)
• Channel roles (TikTok, Meta, marketplaces, etc.)
• Content strategy (what to say, not just what to produce)
• Ensure alignment and consistency across the full funnel and all channels.

3. Strategic Direction & Execution Alignment

• Provide clear strategic direction to:
• Creative teams (briefing, messaging, content approach)
• Performance teams (activation logic, channel strategy)
• Work at account level to ensure seamless execution of the strategy.

4. Data-Driven Strategy & Innovation

• Leverage tools and data sources such as:
• TikTok MarketScope

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business, or any related fields
• 8+ years of experience in full-funnel performance marketing. 
• Experience in brand strategy, campaign planning, or integrated marketing.
• Proven experience in social commerce and digital platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Meta).
• Ability to link creativity with performance metrics and business outcomes.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
