Working here as a Software Engineer, the compensation is definitely a big draw. You get paid well for the demanding work, especially in the AI space. It's a solid place for career growth.


Pros

The base salary is really competitive for big tech, especially for AI/ML roles in Silicon Valley. Stock options vest nicely, making the total compensation package pretty appealing. Health benefits are also top-notch, good PPO plans.


Cons

Don't expect massive annual raises beyond inflation; most big jumps come from promotions. It's tough if you're not in a critical team, as bonus payouts can feel a bit arbitrary. The 401k match is okay but could be better compared to other semiconductor industry giants.


Advice to Management

Review the 401k match and ensure bonus transparency for all teams, not just high-visibility projects. Also, consider more frequent base salary adjustments.
