Work-Life Balance Is Okay, Not Great

I've had some flexibility with hours, which is nice. For Software Engineer roles, there's a decent hybrid model with WFH a couple of days. That really helps sometimes.
It's tough to maintain good work-life balance here. In this tech industry, project deadlines often mean really long hours. Sometimes, you're expected to log in on weekends too.
Management should really look at workload distribution. It feels like we're constantly on crunch time. Better resource planning would improve overall employee well-being.
