Welcomes and greets customers
Ensure good personal grooming standards and portray professional image to the customers
Build rapport with customers and manage their needs and expectations
Attend to customer’s enquiries, propose menu, prepare quotation and coordinate events
Upsell menu items to customers professionally
Engage and provide excellent customer service to ensue pleasant dining experience
Handle complaints in a timely manner and manage first level of service recovery
Train Leading Hostess to provide exceptional service to customers
Any other ad-hoc jobs or duties assigned by the Manager from time to time
