About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join us (LOCALS). As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails in a fast-paced environment. This is a
full-time position located in Somerset.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
- Keeping up with current trends and techniques in bartending and mixology
- Adhering to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies
- Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall bar operations
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Bartender or F&B related background
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
- You must be at least 18 years old as this is a regulatory to handle alcohol
