Job Responsibilities

Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers
Update inventory and stock records in system
Handle goods receiving and dispatch documentation
Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
Perform data entry and filing
Arrange transport and delivery schedules
Support stock take and inventory control
Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment status
Ensure warehouse records are accurate and updated

Requirements

Educational Qualification

Minimum N-Level / O-Level / ITE / Diploma
Logistics or supply chain qualification is an advantage

Skills Required

Basic Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge
Good communication skills
Able to handle paperwork and data entry accurately
Basic inventory or warehouse knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
