What The Role Is
You play a critical role in supporting the Senior Manager of Clinical Management at the Medical Classification Centre (MCC), ensuring seamless day-to-day frontline clinical operations.
What You Will Be Working On
- Oversee day-to-day frontline clinical operations at MCC to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery
- Manage manpower allocation to ensure adequate clinical coverage and operational readiness
- Coordinate staff training programmes to maintain and enhance clinical competencies
- Address and resolve clinical requirements and operational issues within MCC in a timely manner
Challenge(s) - Balancing customers' expectations with the key operational and clinical requirements set by the organisation, requiring sound judgement and effective prioritisation
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Nursing or a related health sciences field
- Applicants without the necessary certification but with relevant work experience are welcome
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic clinical environments
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
