The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Project Management team on a 2 year contract basis.

Reporting to the Senior Group Projects Manager, core focus of the role is to lead and manage the innovation pipeline across new product development (NPD), new product introduction (NPI), in‑licensing, geo‑expansion, and product changes (formulation, packaging, artwork, and regulatory updates). Ensures disciplined stage/gate governance, proactive risk and issue management, and strong stakeholder engagement to drive iNova’s innovation and growth strategy while embodying iNova values.

Key Accountabilities And Performance Indicators Include

  • Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver innovation and product projects (NPD/NPI, in‑licensing, geo‑expansion, formulation, packaging, artwork, and regulatory changes) on time and aligned with iNova’s stage/gate process.
  • Define clear project scope, plans, and milestones; maintain visibility of timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks and issues, providing mitigation options to support timely decisions.
  • Ensure consistent governance through application of PM standards, KPIs, and documentation requirements.
  • Conduct post‑launch reviews to capture learnings and embed improvements into future projects.
  • Serve as the single owner of Planview data accuracy across timelines, risks, costs, dependencies, and KPIs.
  • Maintain strong data standards to ensure consistent and reliable reporting across governance forums.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to contributors on correct system usage and data accuracy expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Innovation, Technical, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Medical, Quality, and other cross‑functional teams.
  • Collaborate across regions to ensure alignment, clarity of expectations, and timely decision‑making.
  • Work with external partners and service providers to support project delivery, resolve issues, and maintain progress.
  • Communicate project purpose, strategic value, and expected outcomes to drive alignment and engagement.
  • Partner with Regulatory Affairs to support timely submissions, approvals, and market readiness.
  • Understand regional regulatory requirements to inform planning and decision‑making.
  • Support formulation updates, validation needs, stability assessments, and other technical activities related to product changes.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in FMCG/Consumer Health/Healthcare, working across multiple geographies.
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience partnering with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Procurement, Regulatory, Medical).
  • Experience launching new products or delivering product lifecycle changes.
  • Project Management Certification (or proven equivalent experience).
  • Highly autonomous; proactively seeks answers and builds a strong network.

  • Adaptable communicator, able to tailor communication style to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable being hands‑on to resolve issues and clarify details, then stepping back to enable team execution.
  • Skilled at simplifying complexity and identifying critical data for effective decisions.
  • Advanced user of Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, Word, and Copilot.
