Requirements

Job Duties

Maintain & manage full sets of accounts;
Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns;
Reconciliation of accounts;
Preparing monthly management reports;
Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegrahic transfer and GIRO on a timely manner;
Handle Petty Cash;
Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses;
Issuing of sales invoices;
Filing of AIS;
Assist in yearly audit and tax computation;
Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
