Requirements

  • At least Diploma in accounting
  • Required skill(s) : Quickbook
  • Minimum 3 years of local experience in Construction Industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain & manage full sets of accounts;
  • Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns;
  • Reconciliation of accounts;
  • Preparing monthly management reports;
  • Prepare and update collection from cash, cheques, telegrahic transfer and GIRO on a timely manner;
  • Handle Petty Cash;
  • Ensuring accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses;
  • Issuing of sales invoices;
  • Filing of AIS;
  • Assist in yearly audit and tax computation;
  • Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents;
  • Ensure accounting deadlines are met;
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
