Role Description
This full-time remote role is for a Jest Playwright QA Automation Engineer. The professional will design and implement automated test scripts using Jest and Playwright frameworks, ensuring the robustness and functionality of applications. Daily tasks include creating test cases, maintaining test scripts, executing automated tests, and documenting findings. The role may also involve collaborating with developers to identify and resolve bugs and optimizing the automation framework for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Jest and Playwright frameworks for automating web application testing
- Experience in creating, maintaining, and executing test cases and automated scripts
- Familiarity with Drama, Playwriting, and Scriptwriting to design relevant test scenarios
- Knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team setting and communicate effectively
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Experience in the hospitality or recruitment technology industry is a plus
