Job Description
Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following:
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications, including data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, and data warehouses.
- Defining the data architecture framework, standards, and principles.
- Defining reference architecture, which is a pattern that others can follow to create and improve data systems.
- Defining data flows, i.e., which parts of the organization generate data, which require data to function, how data flows are managed, and how data changes in transition.
- Collaborating and coordinating with multiple departments, stakeholders, partners, and external vendors. Learning Outcomes:
- Experience working on real-life projects that affect the revenue & profit of a multi-national company.
- Experience working in a multicultural team.
- End-to-end understanding of implementing a Data Project, starting from pain point discovery to user feedback.
Job Requirements
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics.
- Analytical mind and business acumen.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI).
- Knowledge of SQL and Python/R.
- Understanding of data warehouse (e.g. Snowflake).
