The position will be initially based at Headquarters (HQ) to support tender preparation and submission, and will be deployed to the project site upon successful award of the contract.
Review and analyse tender specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.
Prepare the overall project programme, including critical path analysis, manpower histograms, S-curves, and other related schedules for tender submission.
Develop a comprehensive programme narrative to explain construction sequencing, key milestones, and time-related assumptions.
Plan and optimise the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and plant/equipment, and prepare all resource-related submissions for the tender.
Identify potential programme risks and uncertainties that may affect project timelines and deliverables, and propose mitigation and recovery measures.
Prepare and support tender interview / presentation slides related to the project programme.
Educational Qualifications
PEB Recognised Degree in related field.
Working Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the development and management of project schedules using Primavera P6.
Proficient in the use of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for project planning and scheduling.
Competent in planning, organising, and controlling work programmes, with a proven ability to deliver projects in accordance with required timelines.
Possesses strong knowledge of construction methodologies and sequencing for building, civil and infrastructure works.
