Strong experience in application support with focus on SQL-based environments

Ability to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize database systems
Experience in incident management, change management, and production support
Understanding of system monitoring, performance tuning, and issue resolution
Ability to work on multiple technologies across application and infrastructure layers
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Drive design, development, validation, and support to deliver high-quality technology solutions and ensure client satisfaction
Analyze business requirements and convert them into effective system solutions
Contribute to effort estimation and project planning for seamless delivery
Build efficient and scalable systems, enabling clients to navigate their digital transformation journey
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
