Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused React Native Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have strong React Native fundamentals, experience building scalable mobile applications, and the ability to work in a fast-paced product environment.
This role offers an opportunity to work directly with the CTO and contribute to building consumer-facing products from scratch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Build reusable and scalable frontend/mobile components.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.
- Optimize application performance and user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Debug production issues and ensure application stability.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in React Native development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good understanding of mobile application architecture and lifecycle.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party libraries.
- Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux/Context API.
- Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ownership mindset.
- Strong execution capability.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in hyperlocal delivery, e-commerce, or consumer-tech startups.
- Exposure to Android/iOS deployment processes.
- Understanding of app performance optimization.
- Familiarity with DS/Algo concepts.
