Role: Dynamics 365 Field Service Core Developer

Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Field Service Developer with strong expertise in customization, C# plugins, Power Platform, and end-to-end FSM solution delivery. The candidate will be responsible for enhancing and supporting Field Service implementations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Field Service (FSM) solutions.
- Customize and configure FSM modules (Work Orders, Bookings, Resource Scheduling, Inventory, Agreements).
- Develop server-side components using C# plugins, custom workflows, and business logic.
- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions:
- Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
- Business Process Flows
- Extend FSM capabilities using JavaScript, Web Resources, and PCF Controls.
- Integrate Dynamics with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Configure and optimize Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO) and schedule assistant.
- Implement security roles, business units, and data access models.
- Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
- Work with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, deployments, and DevOps pipelines.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Field Service (FSM Web App).
- Proficiency in:
- C# plugins, Custom Workflow Activities
- Dataverse (CDS) schema design
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience with:
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Web API / OData / REST integrations
- Knowledge of Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus preferred).
- Strong understanding of:
- FSM entities (Work Orders, Booking, Resources, etc.)
- Scheduling concepts and optimization
- Familiarity with ALM tools (Azure DevOps, Git).
- Experience in troubleshooting and performance tuning.
