Job Duties

You will be posted to the HR & Shared Services team to support frontline HR administration. Working with the Division’s managers and staff, your main duties will include:-

  • Manage staff matters for frontline junior officers, including on-boarding, transfers, re-employment, benefits, discipline, appraisals and leaving of service
  • Manage renewal of contract and home leave planning for Non-traditional source (NTS) staff
  • Prepare monthly management reports and annual budgets
  • Supervise and motivate staff registry clerks to meet work targets
  • Execute and manage project deliverables on time
  • Review & explore technologies to simplify staff administration processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

  • Possess a degree in any discipline
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Independent, meticulous with an eye for details
  • Driven and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
