Job Description
Lead supply chain optimization projects across strategy, network design, cost reduction, and performance tracking.
Analyze and map supply chain networks, engaging stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
Evaluate distribution center performance and provide insights on KPIs such as service levels, productivity, capacity utilization, and cost-to-serve.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, presenting data-driven recommendations to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
Develop analytics and dashboards with the Supply Chain Business Insights team to support continuous improvement and track post-implementation cost savings.
Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization, quality improvement, and operational excellence.
The Successful Applicant
Possess extensive supply chain experience, with at least 8 years in network design, optimization, program management, or logistics operations.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
Hands-on experience with inventory optimization, performance management, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
Skilled in handling large datasets, building network models, leveraging BI tools, creating visualizations, and performing financial analysis.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, and cloud-based technologies is advantageous.
Able to convey technical solutions clearly, influence stakeholders, and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable business decisions.
Comfortable managing multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong change management capabilities.
