Job Description
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design electrical schematics using EPLAN or CAD software.
- Select appropriate electrical components and prepare project material lists.
- Develop PLC programs and HMI interfaces to support automation systems.
- Configure equipment parameters and conduct PLC testing to ensure reliability.
- Design power supply and distribution systems for production facilities.
- Build and integrate industrial networking and communication systems.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to support workshop renovation projects and resolve equipment issues.
- Work with suppliers and contractors to ensure proper installation, configuration, and acceptance of electrical systems.
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical design, PLC programming, or industrial automation (fresh graduates with strong technical background are also welcome).
- Proficiency in English for daily communication; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility, achievement motivation, and desire for rapid personal growth.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Strong teamwork abilities and resilience under pressure.
