Job Title: Program Administrator

Location: Alexandria, VA (100% onsite, normal working hours M-F)

Job Description:

  • Coordinates closely with Program Management and customer stakeholders to maintain operational awareness and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
  • Works collaboratively with team members to address administrative challenges, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure accurate and timely information sharing across the program.
  • Contributes to a high‑performing team environment by supporting personnel actions, maintaining documentation, and facilitating effective communication channels.
  • Leads key responsibilities including generating meeting notes, tracking action items, managing employee onboarding/offboarding, supporting program deliverable reporting, and assisting with contractual and PMO documentation.
  • Uses strong communication, organizational, and technical skills to manage schedules, coordinate customer interactions, and maintain accurate records using standard productivity tools and internal tracking systems.

Required Education:

  • Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience

Required Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with scheduling, documentation management, and customer communications tools.
  • Ability to produce clear communications and track follow‑up tasks.

Security Clearance Level:

  • TS/SCI

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Customer‑service mindset and professional demeanor.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting a PMO in a federal customer environment.
  • Confluence, Jira, SharePoint or collaboration tool experience
