The requirement is that the candidate needs to have very good skills in C++ and C# (good if they have react also else can be picked up), Windows programming. Their communication needs to be good (if they are unable to express themselves in understanding the questions or answer clearly, its a reject). Feel free to ask them to write some code too and show their thought process to solve some problems. (this can be based on the exp that you have had within Delta) .
Below Are Some Technical Expectations Too.
- Candidates must have hands on C++ with windows-based application development experience.
- C++ Multi-threading & Synchronisation primitives.
- Smart pointers, OOPS concepts like Run-time polymorphism & Design Patterns (Observer, Factory, Singleton etc)
- Windows APIs & windows-based Device Drivers experience
- Visual studio debugging experience
- C# (managed code space, await & async function usages, LINQ usage, JSON handling)
- Shared libraries creation/usage (i.e DLL) or DLL generic knowledge/whereabouts
