Support the identification, evaluation and execution tracking of value creation initiatives, such as:
Strategy refocusing and transformation
Operational improvements and cost optimisation
Balance sheet and capital structure enhancements
Corporate restructuring initiatives
Develop and maintain robust valuation and financial models including:
Sum-of-the-Parts (SOTP) analyses
Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Dividend Discount Model (DDM)
Trading comparables and precedent transactions
Scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
Monitor and evaluate portfolio performance, with a focus on:
Financial strength and key value drivers
Competitive positioning
Industry trends and emerging risks/opportunities
Engage with stakeholders, management teams and Board Directors:
Support strategic discussions
Provide analytical insights to inform decision-making
Track execution of key initiatives
Support portfolio management initiatives and transaction-related workstreams, including:
Due diligence, valuation, capital structure analysis
Research and prepare high-quality analyses, presentations, and internal memoranda to support decision making
Contribute to portfolio-wide value creation initiatives, including:
Identifying synergies across companies
Supporting organic and inorganic growth opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
At least 1-3 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity / corporate finance / M&A, accounting or related fields
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Excellent communication and writing abilities
Ability to communicate clearly and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work independently
Collaborative team player who can work effectively across functions and stakeholders
Familiarity with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet)
AI fluency, including practical use of tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot to enhance research, synthesis, analysis, and productivity
